• The Decimal ESN (Electronic Serial Number) is the long numeric code 11 characters long
  • The Hexadecimal ESN is the alphanumeric code 8 characters long

That means that the number is shown twice. Top one is in base 10 (humanspeak) the bottom one is base 16 (hexa-decimal, computer gibberish).

Personal note: You’d think they’d put ‘ESN’ somewhere on the sticker like they do the IMEI.
