UPDATE 7 Nov 2012:

Houston has officially been turned on!! Yay! Because I live and work there. 🙂

These cities are also included:

  • Washington D.C.: Alexandria, VA; Arlington, VA; Chevy Chase, MD; Falls Church, VA; Laurel, MD; McLean, VA; and Silver Spring, MD.
  • Baltimore: Glen Burnie and Towson, MD
  • Houston: Cypress, Jersey Village, Humble, Kingwood, and The Woodlands.

Network advancements also continue in additional cities including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York metro area, Philadelphia, San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle.

There are five markets live now – Baltimore, Houston, Kansas City, Las Vegas and Washington D.C

Here’s a map. Unverified, but if there a lot of reports in your area, odds are good it’s accurate.

I’m in Houston, so it looks like the rollout is proceeding well.

If you are not close to the reported area, you will get 2G speed on the iPhone. Your iPhone data speeds will be slower but it will work.

And if you’re reading this on another outlet such as Facebook, take a look at circlephone.com.

There’s no contract, no limits, and you can probably even use the phone you have. Get paid cash back EVERY month when your friends and family join. 3 lines gets you $20 a month. 6 lines gets you $40 a month. And so on.

Or, start a small business for $149 a year.

The best part? This is a can’t lose deal, because the unlimited plan is only $49 a month. And it’s the only plan we have, so you get it all, and as much as you want of it.

Just the way you like it. 🙂
